On-Site Visit (1 week)
A Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence expert will be on-site for an intensive full 40-hour week to complete a deep dive analysis on your organization through the lens of Total Quality Management of the knowledge worker.
Through integrating personality assessments, quality management tools and techniques, 360 feedback surveys, lean principles, industry systems standards, and the application of innovative thinking, we’ll uncover the complex issues facing organizational performance and create a strategic roadmap to overcome the previously hidden challenges facing your organization.
In addition to the discussions, strategy sessions, and advice given live throughout the week, an in-depth actionable recommendations report will be provided upon conclusion.
